I called them to say i could not afford a payment so high and i was switched to another lady who said she will eliminate all the fees and i will only be paying toward the balance so we set up a payment plan, next day i look in my account they stole 120 out of my account which i had a overdraft account up to 300 so plus that i got overdraft fees. They overdrafted my account 5 times and said there is nothing they can do about it because it shows that the money was in there i go of course it looks like that because i have overdraft protection so now i owe my bank almost 500.00 due to these people who take out money when a payment plan was set up and had no right to take more without my permission.
