I just received this letter today saying that I won $250,00.00. Letter also states that that they informed me on Dec.22nd, I never received such a letter from these people til now. In the 2nd paragraph it states,there is a payment office located in Buffalo,N.Y.. So why are they telling me to make an Intn'l. call? So I called and they confirm my winning with the LOT# and a guy name Shawn asked me my telephone number, and I only gave them that information and he said in 5 days I will receive another letter explaining to me how much they will deduct for tax from the prize, and I told him is this real , and He says yes , this is not a game , this is not a scam , they won't ask for any funds or bank information.so Im waiting to see what happens. I refuse to send these people any amount of funds.
So untill now it cost me $5.00 telephone
