answered call & immediate hang-up......wastes minutes on cell....?? this is a long distance call , which may be a tracking or geo-location tactic by the government.
most likely .....adware if not police. invasion of privacy since new laws about listening & recording all citizens activity on cells, internet....etc.
complaining of this to ...whom is futile, becuz canadian police can ...???
