I ordered what we thought were 6 giant blueberry plants. The deal was "buy 2 get 1 free" with only $3.80 additional shipping for the second set of 3 plants. The original shipping was $20...which was more than the plants, but knowing that live plants were being shipped, it made sense. Well....do I feel STUPID!!! I had to pick my jaw off the kitchen floor yesterday when a package arrived. It was light as a feather, a box about 2" square and 8" long. Inside were 6 dead twigs thinner than toothpicks! I couldn't believe it! Totally crispy, DEAD. Not the lush plants shown on the website. I wish I could upload a picture for you! I called the place today, and they say that they will refund me $20 for the original purchase, but NOT the exhorbitant shipping! The box cost $1.21 to ship! This is a total scam....first time I've been duped like this. No wonder they can continue on...they send dead twigs, charge $23.80 in shipping, which they keep! WOW! Do NOT order from this company!

Called Gardeners' Collection on 6/6/12 and they were to refund my original $20 that day. Well....no refund has shown on my credit card. They scammed me twice....

WOW!!!! Went to pay my bill on that credit card today....Gardener's Collection has refunded my full $43.80!!! I'm very happy and pleasantly surprised! They did the right thing. Happy ending!
