When filing out the form to get my credit report, it said it's free. However, they started charging me for $19.95 and when I contacted the customer service, he told me I needed to cancel my account within 9 days. I don't even have my account user name and password. How can I cancel it? They said they sent me an alert email about end of the trial. But I never received such email.
