I started a new contract with T-Mobile and the bill date started on the date of the end of the old contract which was the 10th of the month. The new contract did not start until the 26 of the month. They took the new contract and dated it back to the 10th of the month, in which they are charging me for 15 days on the new contract plus 15 days on the old contract. They are also charging me for text messaging which is supposed to be block and the text messaging is coming from them, T-Mobile. Also when they change your belling and deduct something they do not change what the charge you for taxes. They cancel my phone because until they made the correction I wasn't going to pay the bill. They have broke the contract.
