When I moved back to AZ I needed a mattress so I went to Sleep America and spoke to their salesman, Dale McAlevy in the Chandler location. I was very specific that I needed a firm mattress because I have back problems. I bought the mattress he suggested and it developed lumps within just a few months.
That location has since changed and I contacted the main office which sent out someone to check out the mattress this past month. A week later I received a letter that the lumps fell within "manufacturing standards". After further research I found that the company that made the product went out of business and Sleep America claims no ownership of this issue.
I have written several times to Sleep America but again, they say there is nothing they can do. I spent $800 on this mattress and I cannot use it! Can you help me?

By the way, I have been out of work almost two years so I cannot just go buy another mattress. Anything you can do to assist me would be greatly appreciated.
