I have a check from for 3980, Mid-State Supply No 93060 Natalie Niekro, with a Pay to the Order of my name and a bogus Adress. The front of the envelope was Costco with no adress. Inside the letter no reference to Costco. Also the winning Claim number matches some other winning claim numbers, EG/SDH-104. I think this looks very real, the originator of this scam should face penalties, its very convincing, but bogus. It says call the number so I did but no answer. Thanks for posting this scam.
