Ordered Dark Shadows and was excited when they arrived. That quicly faded though. The first disc would not play and several of the discs are scratched and defective. They say they will respond to emails within one hour and I have sent five in the last two days with no replies. No other way to contact them. I would steer clear if I were you...

I have since looked them up on the BBB website and several others have filed complaints with them. Oh yea, still no replies to my emails and no invoice came with the order.

- Same thing happened to me. My Dark Shadows set was also defective. They actually responded to me and promised to send me a new set which was almost 4 weeks ago. I emailed several more times with no response. We are pretty much screwed.

- Sorry to hear Bob, you just have to email them daily. Keep putting the word out about them maybe if enough people complain it will shut them down. Good luck with them, think we'll need it.

- You know what is really irritating is the time that I spent going through all of these f%%%ing disks trying to determine which ones are good. In almost all of the cases every "collection" but a handful either didn't play at all, were missing episodes or totally whole groups of episodes were missing. Should have just spent more and bought the ones off of amazon. Live and learn!!
