Tried to order 1 keyboard instead was charged for two plus shipping for each. On the order form when I saw there was an extra charge of 10.00 for a lighted keyboard, I tried to cancel order altogether. No way to hit back button or correct order. Instead I closed the screen but was still charged. I called company this morning and wanted to cancel order. They said it was already shipped! At 8:00 in the morning! Imagine that! What efficiency. The told me not to accept shipment when it arrived. This was told to many others I'm told. We'll see. I intend to get my money back!
