My 87 year old mother received a letter via US mail on what appeared to be Publishers Clearinghouse letterhead telling her she won $1.2 million. Upon calling the real company and giving the reference numbers from the letter, I learned this is a scam.

The person the letter instructs the victims to call is supposedly Mr. Scott Manley at 416 731 9625

My poor mother has been taken by phone and mail scams before and is apparently on a list of suckers that these felons share.
