I too have been a victim of the Kelly Mall scam. I ordered 2 pair of Ascis shoes with a too good to be true price and sure enough it was!! After reading all the other complaints online, I have determined I've been scammed as well!! I have filed a dispute with Paypal and am waiting to hear back. I haven't received any merchandise from Kelly Mall but am waiting to see if it will be a pencil or a showercap or some garbage tags as other people have indicated they received. I cannot believe Paypal allows someone like this on their site. I will be canceling my account if I do not get a full refund!!
