I was contacted by these people, for some reason I thought it was my mtg co because I just talked with them about a mtg modification, I don't know how they got my name and ph #, as I was on unemployment and couldn't afford my current payments. They somewhat prepared my pkg to send to my mtg co, but it was still incomplete, I still had to submit more papers ...they charged me $1500 and assured me that I wouldn't have to make a mtg payment for about 4 months...It was was big scam, I was turned down by my mtg company....and I am sick about being so taken...I am contacting the BBB
