Solid Trust Pay has a program where you can deposit $250 cash into their TrustCash Holdings Inc and same day have access to the funds. Over the long weekend, I deposited $250 twice from me and twice from my husband in one lump sum of $1006.04. Of course the funds were accepted by STP but they have been pending for 2 days now. Apparently I needed to deposit each sum separately instead of in a lump sum. I opened a ticket right away #226028, and it has been open ever since. I attempted Live Chat all day today (since it was not available all day yesterday) and was timed out 3 times!!! Once after waiting 30 minutes!!
I need those funds and feel like I will never get to use them!! Be forewarned, this is not a company I would recommend using ever again!!!
