I ordered bioslim advanced mango formula and biocleanse, at the promotional price of $3.99 each as a trial. it took 7 weeks to recieve the 2 products - when ordering the site would not let me read the conditions that I was accepting and I supidly thought that was not an issue as I was only spending $8. So obviously I did not cancel the order by time the 14 day trial period had ended and i was charged for the products. ($ 85.38 for biocleanse and 95.58 for advanced mango - as well as the initial $5.34 & $5.34). I did no t relaise this however until about 3 week later when checking something on my internet banking and noted I had also been charged for another set of products which I had not received? I called the bank and the company was well known to them for this scam and they told me I needed to take it up with the company - I googled and found a Sydney number 0291912796
I rang and spent nearly 1hr on the phone explaining the situation - I was told that I had also been charged for another set of products which had been shipped - it was not there issue that I had not received these last 4 products I had been charged for!!! I was advised to cancel my order which I did and wait for hte products to arrive - call back - another 1hr conversation - get return codes an post back - I did all of this whic took several more weeks as I waited for the products to actually arrive. I emailed their compaints department and received a reply that basically said my problem as I shoul have read the terms - they took no responsibility for the fact the inital goods took 7 weeks to arrive so even if I had read the terms I could not have notified them within the 14 day period - obviously how they get all of us in this scam.... It is now June and I have only receieved a refund for 1 set of products even though I returned the 2 sets of products in the same parcel with the required Return Codes - I have sent several emails and received an email back 2 weeks ago telling me my complaint had been escalated and that someone would call me in 24 - 48hrs - I have not received anything!!!!!
AND TO TOP IT ALL OF THE 3/4 OF THE INITIAL PRODUCT I TOOK DID NOTHING AND THEY WON'T EVEN REFUND ON THAT BASIS!!!
Is there anyone out there who can help get all my money back?
