As with similar complaints, I received a call purporting to be from Microsoft. Since I have had virus problems before, I took them at their word and told them to repair any damage they found. Of course, there was a charge to install happysoftware. I don't see any difference in the operation of my computer but I cannot even find the software listed in my programs. Also, if you want tech help, it's another $48. No way I'm going to send good money after bad!
