I ordered a Bike Tool from them on the 29th of January, order #65. I requested and paid for registered airmail but they didn't ship my order via Registered Airmail. I queried this many times and requested a tracking number but they didn't reply to my emails.
Before placing the order they were quick to reply to all the questions I had but after that nothing. I requested that they send me proof that the parcel was sent but they didn't reply to my email still. They scammed me of my 21.98 and I'd advise other buyers to think twice before ordering from Greasyhooks.com. I lost my money and I can't even file a dispute with PayPal because it's over 45 days.
Buyers beware.
