After purchasing said product I found that none of the features of the promised products ACTUALLY worked. Some of them encountered convenient "errors" and did not function. The Rapid Fire Commissions "author" guarantees his products and when I was not satisfied and needed to get a return on my product I received no response from their "support team". I have determined the support team email is just an autoresponding email program and does not send valid support needs to anyone. I received access to the programs, however, they did not work as promised and I therefore am filing a complaint.

Did you try both ways to get your refund? They are listed in the Terms and Conditions section...
"Returns and refunds policy: as stated, if you purchase Rapid Fire Commissions, and you do not enjoy the financial freedom that you expected, do not make as much from our methods as you expected, or indeed for any reason, you may claim a refund for the product within 60 days of purchase. On a sidenote we do ask you to put the techniques into use before requesting a refund, for both our benefit: however, our refund policy is unconditional and this is a suggestion, not a requirement. We are aware that some buyers will not achieve their personal goals despite our best efforts to the contrary, and we stand by our refund policy as such. Please forward your receipt number (given to you when you ordered) to us (by logging into the members' area at http://rapidfiremembers.com and raising a support ticket) and we will action your refund request as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. Alternatively please contact Clicksure on (www.clicksure.com) and forward your receipt to them so they can action your refund as soon as possible (allow up to 48 hours)." -

- Yes, I tried support tickets and direct emails. Included my ticket numbers and all info associated in three seperate emails. No response.
