Apparently in January they called one of the apartment properties that we manage and spoke to whoever answered the phone. They did not ask to talk to the property manager. They recorded he agreeing regarding the address, etc. and that she could receive a bill for $599.99. No one hears from them again until the end of May! I get a fax and a phone call where he plays the recording and he tells me that they sent the bill to us a few times and we did not respond (because we never got it). This is definitely a scam.
