This package with "UltraSlim Max capsules came by mail. I had no idea what they were or where they came from. I did keep the envelope, just in case. It came from enutra 101 in Salt Lake City. Today, I got a credit card notice from chase re: my account. Since I haven't used this acc. in years, I checked and there was the charge for $49.95. I called the 1-877-550-8428 #,and he said it came from my email therefore I ordered it. I wouldn't spend $1.00 on diet pills!! Anybody suggest what to do?
