This company hit my Sprint bill for a service that I did NOT sign up for. I received the customer service number for this charge from Sprint and I called them. Customer Service at the above company gave me a number to call to dispute the charges. I called and 'Ricky' at My Mobile Care at 1521 Concord Pike, Wilmington, Delaware and he told me the company will NOT issue me a check for this fraudulent charge. That I would have activated the service after they sent me a confirmation that I enrolled. Now I know when I subscribe for a service. It is my word against their fraudulent activity sent to a mobile device. The name of the subscription above doesn't look like a My Mobile Care subscription to me anyway!!! What is going on! What can a consumer do to prevent this type fraudulent activity from happening. My carrier, Sprint, has blocked ALL types of subscriptions to my phone going forward.
