I signed up for the free 7 day trial, and found no information on my Mothers family. I assumed I had to authorize for them to charge my account to make me a member and sign me up. My mistake so I call them 26 days after they say I was signed up and asked if they would prorate my account as I was billed for a year but cancelled on day 26. They told me that there was nothing they could do, but I did have all of there services available until May, 2013.
