Today, May 29th 2012 , I got a call from weird number 11711 and was told that I was approved for a 1,500 hundred dollar loan. The caller had an accent yet with an American name ( Lisa Smith ). She asked for my information, mentioned some type of membership that I espressed no interest in. Thereafter gave the call to a foreign guy, also American name, wanted to go over information I had given and quickly mentioned having signed up for some membership, when I told him I wasn't interested he cut me off , said something very fast then hung up. I called back and spoke with another person to cancel the membership, and was told that they do not provide loans. I called my bank to see if there had been any charges and also see if there was any way to block any attempt of a merchant making a withdrawl. I was told no, and that I would have to file a complaint after one posted. Do not give any of your personal or banking information to people that call you..... It is probably some type of scam that prey's on individuals seeking an online loan.
