On 5-25-12 in the morning my husband recieved a phone call on his cell this guy who couldn't hardly speak English said he was an Attorney from the US Attorney Office and we are being Sued my husband was trying to ask him questions and the guy started cussing at my husband He gave his name as Steven Johnson and said we went on line and got a loan in the amount of $ 5000.00 he gave a phone number as 202-241-7709 I took my cell and called and a recorder came on said " leave your name and number " I new it was a scam so I called my local police dept and made a report. Then on 5-28-12 3 days later my husband got another call and they left a voice mail saying that this is an Attorney and you ned to settle before it goes to court this time they used another number 619-768-1976 So I called the number back and a lady answerd the phone I told her I wanted to know why you are calling my husband and she said please hold she tried to muffle the phone but I could hear the same guy who called 3 days earlier talking then she hung the phone up so I called back again the guy answerd this time I told him I wanted all the information that you suposelly have and he was cussing at me and hung up so I kept on calling back and they kept hanging up I called over 50 times in a row and finally the guy answerd and said " what the f you want I said I want all the information you have I asked for a case # he gave me C2245490 I asked for his name he said Mitchell as I was asking these Questions he was cussing at me So then I went off on him and called him very bad names and hung up Then the guy called my husband and said thet I will be Arrested and 3 hrs my husband called him back and asked him the same information as I did and the guy gave 2 different names Charles Stevens and Brian Stevens and gave him a case # BS224549 they gave him an Address as 610 B st suite 2020 San Diago California 92101 I looked it up on Google Maps and it came up as being Balboa Park Arboretum my husband then called them back and told them that we called the San Diago police dept and gave them all the iformation and there going to check all the information the guy then called my husband a bad name and hung up I called our local court house and they have nothing on us So THIS IS A SCAM I am not going to stop until I see these people in JAIL so here is the numbers and all the names they use so if you get a call then you will no
