I was called by Ron Williams telling me that I had today to cancel my renewal for my free listing that I supposedly accepted 2 years ago as part of a Premium Listing Package get 2 years for the price of one. I told him that it was never accepted and that we were never called to renew. He explained that I needed to speak to someone in order to receive a cancellation number. I was then transferred to Marcus at Quality Control and he had my information correct. He told me that he needed my billing address to receive my cancellation notice. When he took that down we were cut off. I then received a phone call from Dave the Senior Manager, who was unable to give me a number to contact him if we were cut off. He again transferred me to Marcus who gave me a File Cancellation number. Then Ron Williams called on my home number to again make me go through the same process. I explained to Dolores that I do not accept the information because I was told by Ron Williams that the invoice was cancelled and the balance would be $0. She did not give ma a File Cancellation number. I then received a phone call back from Dave and clearly explained to him that I have looked the information up on line and that this company is a SCAM!!!!!!! He hung up on me.
