I bought the free trail packed of Organa Slim. Up to now nothing is been received. I received a confirmation e-mail of the shipping date and the tracking number. But when I checked with the shipping company that tracking number doesn't exist. I send them a number of e-mails where they promise that I will not be charged additional costs. Still waiting for the products. Althought they promised that the products was shipped on the 17/05/2012. But they are not able to provide a tracking number after I send them the e-mail from the shipping company to prove that the tracking number provided doesn't exist. Hope I will not be charge additional costs. How can I prevent them to deduct more from my bank account?
