Purchased a pair of womens rain boots on May 18, 2012 for $29.25. Only received a receipt from pay pal never got the boots. Started to investigate why they had not arrived and surprise its a scam!!!!! I thought pay pal was more secure. Makes me afraid to order anything else using pay pal.
