Daughter wanted a HTC tablet and saw their price on the site. I used Chase to transfer funds and it took hours because most of the information was incomplete. About five days ago the transfer went through so I e mailed to confirm and never got a response. So far I have sent numerous e mails and not a word and the status of my order shows pending. That live chat also went nowhere so I guess I have been bitten this time. I don't even know if the money has been picked up from the bank in Beijing. Perhaps I can try to e mail the bank and find out and explain the situation. Next would be to go Chase and see what my options are although that could be a waste of time. I almost forgot the transaction fee was $40.00 so that makes $207.55 total.
