Dear Sir or Madam

Today I have been billed 89.99 dollars after I asked for my account to be deleted. I am furious as I never received an email detailing my membership nor did I agree to pay $89.99. Your customer service rep insists I signed up for a contract.

I accept I paid an initial $6 after thinking ( being spammed on my Iphone from an apple website that I thought was trustworthy) that I had won a prize. I then thought the prize was contingent on me paying $6 which at any rate I thought was a fair price to trial your product..ie gambling on winning Apple goods at impossible odds. I used my 50 bids...which I thought the $6 paid for.

Then today I checked my bank account to discover your company had billed me for $89.99 today on 29th May, 11 days AFTER I had realised that I wished to delete the account, as I had trialled your product and found it to be inappropriate for my needs.

Your telephone consultant was rude and patronising, asked me to call back in 6 hours???! as there were no management staff around. He also insisted I pay another $42 for cancellation of the membership in order to get my $89 paid back into my account!

This all seems very insane and a scam on pple who used your website in good faith. AT no time did I receive an email confirming my account had been deleted as I requested and I think it is outrageous that I pay another $42 to have it cancelled when I am never going to use your website gambling scam again. I did not even realise it was a gambling thing but offered Prizes in return for credits and as soon as I realised that the bids were for auctions that cannot be won, I asked to have my account deleted.

Please reimburse the $89.99 forthwith.

Yours Faithfully

Tanya Arons
