A purchase agreement between the Black family and Premier Resorts was signed on February 8,2012. A check for the full price documented in the purchase agreement was handed to the sales department representative on the above date. A significant part of the agreement promises access to Premier Resorts internet websites by the members of the Black family. On many occasions the internet access failed to be possible, and on some of the occasions a detailed "error message" was displayed. Many email messages with failure notice and copies of the "error messages" have been sent to an address supplied by Premier Resorts. The evasive or non-detailed responses have been saved by this writer and can be viewed upon request. Additionally, the purchase agreement has a clause that allows for "Rescission" within three (3) days of signing same. However, the log-in ID and opening password are not available until four (4) to seven (7) days after the agreement is signed. Additionally, there are significant clauses in the purchase agreement that are not being honored by Premier Resorts. Example: Cruise vacations must be selected from "bi-weekly or monthy specials" instead of "all cruise itineraries". However, many requests by email messages to Premier Resorts for the "specials" have been ignored. Example: The "home page" of the Premier Resorts webpage is stuck in the "log-out" mode. There is no link with the "Sign-in" label. Again, many requests for solution, only answer received is "Use Firefox browser". That solution yields a different set of "error messages", some of them advising me to "exit as soon as possible from an UNTRUSTED source. Most of the remarks from Premier Resorts characterize me as a novice computer/internet user. Not the case! I have been exposed to many evasive answers during a 45-year engineering career.

  • I too have a complaint. I do feel riped off. None of the statements made in the sales presentation have come about. Any one want to join in a class action suit?
