Complaint 119027 Details

I placed an order on this company's website and never received the product. After numerous emails was told they were behind in their orders and would eventually get to mine. After weeks and no product I was told I could cancel the order if I wanted so I did. Then I received an email from Christy Strange saying my order was cancelled and a refund issued. I never received a refund and at this point they stopped answering my emails. I contacted my bank and filed a complaint through my debit card company.
Today I received an email from Christy Strange saying that I had already received a refund and now I owed them the $42.01 plus a $50 charge back fee and that if I didn't pay them the $92.01 by June 10th they would turn it to a collections agency and it would reflect negatively on my credit report "for the rest of my life".
This company is scamming people and needs to be stopped!!
