Complaint 119016 Details

Liberty Home Capital's Chuck Anguiano called me. He promissed a full refund if the modificaiton did not work, or I got the modificaiton through myself. I emailed multiple times. I askdef for updates.
After being told by Chuck that they did all kinds of consulting, and he was great with numbers, I was told Ajay was the underwriter, and the numbers person,and Ajay was going to call me. A woman named McKenzie, supposedly the intake coordinator took the information. After giving the info to McKenzie, Chuck did not want to deal with the case. He said the info had to go to McKenzie, and then Ajay.
I finally made contact once with Ajay, never to hear from any of them again.
The contract does not have Chuck's name, but a Brandon Skiver. I asked why that was, and Chuck responded that that was a clerical error, and he would have Brandon change that. The next contract for my rental house had the same name.

Below is their info. The phone numbers seem to change. I looked up one cell and found it was in La Jolla, but the office was in a different part of San Diego. From Google, it looks like a warehouse. If anyone has filed a claim with a government agency, please let me know which one, the FBI, the DA, the US Attorney, and what the person's name is in the department who I should contact.
