Actually, my account was charged on 5/4, 6/6 & 7/6 in the amt. of $16.99 ea date. I did not authorize these charges & in fact, cancelled within 10 days of offer, by phone. I realized the charges & originally called on 7/11-Danny & 7/18-Alfonso. I was given the run-around & was eventually given a fax # to send a formal written cancellation. The 1st # went to voice mail unrelated to this co. (800) 964-8615 I called again & was given the 2nd # (614) 823-5124, which was also a bogus # & after 6 tries, which never went through, I gave up! I demand a full refund to my account immediately, in the amt. $50.97!
