I was going to order the "free" trial but had a question about the promo code. There was not one and I did not want to take the chance of being charged full price. While I was reading the fine print it said the "free" trial offer was only good for 10 days and you have to cancel within the 10 days or be charged full price. I called the 866 number listed to cancel, I got a recording that I could dial my party's extension at anytime or press 0 for operator. I pressed 0 and the recording just repeated itself and continued to repeat each time I would press 0, then the recording said good-bye and the call dropped. It happened both times when I called. I am so happy I did not order the "free" trial because it would have turned into a purchase.
