i ONLY PLACED ONE ORDER FOR DRIVERS UPDATE FOR 39.95 AND THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE DOWNLOADED AND USED. I DID NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING ELSE TO USE AND AM UNAWARE OF WHAT THE OTHER ITEM ARE AND WHY THERE IS A CHARGE FOR THEM. REQUEST AN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS PROBLEM AND A REFUND TO MY CARD FOR THE EXTRA AMOUNTS NOT ORDERED, DOWNLOADED OR USED.
