I received an e-mail from this company stating they were sending my "free sample". I never ordered a sample. I hope they do not have my credit card number. I am monitoring my accounts and do have fraud alert protection, however, still don't know where or how they got my e-mail address and street address from. I called to tell them to cancel this order (number was in e-mail), but no answer after being on hold for over 10 mins. When the happy music stopped playing I just hung up and discovered the many complaints against this company. At this moment I'm not seeking restitution, but if I'm charged without my permission as other people have been, I'll definitely join any claim process.
