I was solicited by phone with the promise to save me at least $1500 in interest on my debt by renegotiating the interest rates down to 2% - 6%. I was charged $300 on one credit card and $150 on another credit card as I did not have $450 available on one. They actually did work on my accounts but were only successful on one card. Because of some bad advice from them, I ended up getting 30 day late notifications to the credit bureaus on two credit cards that I had not intended. I've played phone tag with various people from their company for months and had wanted them to now do a debt consolidation plan which they also say they do. But now their two phone numbers (877-982-7526, 772-344-2556) are "no longer in service" so they must have finally gone out of business. I'd love to recover my $450 but that doesn't look possible now.
