I placed an order on May 1, 2012 for 2 bottles of Pure Green Bean Extract at $12.99 and 1 bottle of Pure Red Raspberry Ketones at $12.49 at a total cost of $38.47. I received a confirmation number when I placed the order, but to date, I have not received my order. An email from the company stating they were very busy with back orders but that the orders would go out soon was received on May 5, 2012. Since then, I have sent two emails to the company with no response from them; calling them is useless and frustrating - the line is either busy and/or they do not pick up the phone. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND SUGGEST OTHERS DO THE SAME!!!!!!!! It is better to pay a little more and deal with reputable companies.
