I received a text message on May 22, 2012 saying I won a $1000 gift card for Best Buy from something I supposedly subscribed to the previous month. I hardly ever even use the internet so I don't appreciate being scammed on my personal cell phone that only a select few people have. I think Best Buy should be ashamed and when you call their corporate office they tell you just to disregard it and hung up on me. False advertising is against the law!!!!!!!!!!! There should be a lawsuit I can't impersonate someone else and get away with it.
Best Buy should be doing more to compensate for this embarassing situation. The way this is ending is I ended up calling corporate twice and they make excuses and hang up on you that is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! Don't shop at Best Buy they are scams or at least they are letting their customers be scammed and they don't seem to care .
