appliedf for loan. agreement was to pay back 75.00 every two weeks..The company does not take the money out on time and then assess'es me a finance charge and extend's the loan. I have tried on numerous occassions to contact them. (phone, e-mail..no response) Have kept my end of the agreement. Have chosen to send them a bank check on day of payment to stop them from the finance charges, and extra, to pay off loan as quick as possible..their purpose is to get as much as possible off a 500.00 loan.

  • George... you need to close your account. They will continue to debit it until they have received the whole amount of the loan plus fees. They are also an illegal lender, so if you don't pay them back there isn't anything they can do. Get there address and make payments but only for the $500 you borrowed. Nothing else.

  • You don't make payments by mail at IPL. You can call them 877-562-4980 to schedule a payoff of the loan. They are open 7 days a week. And kellyjo96 is incorrect when she says that if you don't pay them back there is nothing they can do. You entered into a legal agreement when you signed loan documents with them. They will contact you to get the money that you owe them. If you close your bank account or ignore them they will then send your debt to a 3rd Party Collector who will continue to contact you until you pay off your debt or report you to the credit bureaus and submit your information to other online lenders as a "bad risk" so that it is less likely you will receive another loan if you apply again.

And, to George, the $75 is just the finance fee you are paying every two weeks. The loan is intended to be paid back in full on your next paydate. If you choose not to pay it back and only pay the $75 then you are just paying a fee to roll the loan over for another two weeks. You're not actually paying down what you borrowed. After 5 rollovers the company will start paying down the balance in addition to the fee, but will not pay down more unless you contact them and tell them how much you would like to pay.

  • Oh Jessica must work for Integrity Payday loans... They are an ILLEGAL lender. I am a legal assistant and we have been contacted to represent several of these unsavory companies - bottom line is this. They are not licensed. They can go piss up a rope!
