DID NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN FOR THIS COMPANY. BALANCING BY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A 29.95 CHARGE FROM MONEY TOOLBOX. THIS ALSO CAUSE AN INSUFFICIENT/OVERLIMIT FUNDS FEE OF 34.00 ALSO. I CALLED MONEY TOOLBOX AT 18884853158 (NUMBER THAT POSTED TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT CHARGE) AND IT TOOK AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE I RECEIVED AN ANSWER ON THE PHONE. WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY ANSWERED SHE SAID THAT I APPLIED FOR A LOAN THERE (WHICH I DIDN'T) AND SAID THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO CREDIT MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THE 29.95 BUT WILL SEND A PREPAID CARD WITH THE 29.95 CREDIT ON IT AND I SHOULD RECEIVE IT WITHIN 5-7 DAYS (WHICH I HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET). I ALSO REQUESTED THE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE FOR 34.00 AND SHE SAID SHE WAS UNABLE TO PUT THAT ON THE CARD. I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER SINCE I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THIS CARD. EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
