Dear Dr. Jorge Arciga:

I do not want to continue work in an office that is dirty and has the floor ripped up. The water you were using for your preparations that you gave me (and said was purified) had ants in it - despite being closed with a lid.

I cannot trust you anymore due to your doing work that was inappropriate (liquid acrylic in my mouth, reducing my bottom teeth to stubs for crowns when I'd asked for veneers, the length of time in the chair, un-hygiene conditions, etc).

I have had a lot of dental discomfort, and have had to go around with pain every day, and the ugliest smile imaginable because my temporary coverings came off my front teeth, so I've been embarrassed to go out or smile due to this.

Not once have I been able to go to the beach or really enjoy my stay due to all of this.

I am a single parent and my life savings are going in to this dental work - I don't have $ to throw away. You are charging me WAY more than any other dentist I've seen here in Cabo and yet your office and quality of work is far inferior.

If you intend to rip off tourists, you need to get your act together and provide a much better service.
