I saw their commercial on CNN.
I placed an order.
They emailed me back saying that the order had been shipped on July 27/11.
I emailed them saying that I hadn't received anything.
They never answered.
I contacted their number again (1 800 214 9204) in order to speak to Customer Service.
The record machine gave me a number for Customer Service that belongs to a Utility Service. (1 800 822 3220).
The lady there told me that they are receiving a lot of phone calls about Magic Mesh.
I pai them with my Visa.
I live in Toronto Canada.
