you cannot reach them by phone and I did not receive item - they keep on charging my credit card for this and there is no way we can reach them - they said it need to be xxld by phone 888 589 3380. I have been trying to reach them since April 24 when they charged my credit card. This is purely a scam..
do not purchase this item... it doesn't even work - Only did a trial and received only once and they charged me $1.95 but now they keep on charging my account. DONT BUY THIS
