I helped a neighbor download iTunes (which is a free download) and a few weeks later he said he had been charged $70.80 on his credit card. He had not purchased anything from iTunes since we downloaded it, so we called the number listed to talk to a representative to find out what the charge was for. The rep had been very rude to him, so I tried speaking to her and was called a
(Inappropriate Content Removed) !!! and was hung up on. I'm sure they do this on purpose hoping you will just give up and they can keep the money. I was assured by a an itunes reppresentative that there is NO charge for downloading the website.
