I applied for a payday loan through a third party site. This company has never contacted me once, but the withdrew 30.00 out of my checking account in the form of a check. I never heard of them, but if they keep doing this to people there has to be something that can be done about it. This is rediculous, there is no reason why you should get charged to received a loan, or in this case be scammed out of your money for trying to get some financial assistance.
