When I googled the camera I had been looking to buy, electbase.com was listed as one of the online stores that was selling the camera. I looked up the website and then researched other website that reviewed it and saw many good reviews. I emailed the company to ask some questions. They provided a quick response. I went ahead and ordered the camera from their website.
The checkout was extremely strange in that I was directed to buy an amazon gift card in the amount of the camera I was set to purchase from them. I thought this seemed strange but their website explained that this is how they are able to keep their prices low.
I followed all the steps they provided about emailing the amazon gift card and was then sent a order conformation and was told the camera would take around 7 days to arrive. Well the camera still hasn't arrived, nearly a week and a half later and electbase.com no long exist.
