I ordered a pair of shoes on April 24th and still have not received them. I filed a claim with PayPal and received a "resolution" status from them stating that the seller told them (PayPal) they (Rio Shoes) had proof of shipment but I was given no information other than that. On top of it all, PayPal said it was now up to me to communicate with the seller to get my shoes and/or my money returned?!?. I have tried to contact the company (Mr. Chen) four times and have never received a response and still no shoes. I hope my credit card company will be more helpful. Something needs to be done about their website. They should be shut down and monies returned to cheated customers!!

Best is to call Paypal, only way to communicate with them i fear and don't wait ! You have only 72h (3 days) when it is your turn to communicate. Don't wait for Chen's answer as he won't.
Also, if you read all of our misadventure with RiosShoes/Dan Chen, then you know by now their are a scam, not shoes's dealer.

- I have contacted PayPal. At first they said my claim was resolved because Mr. Chen said he had proof of delivery. Turns out what he delivered was a shower cap. (Saw he did the same thing to someone else that filed a complaint with you). I have recontacted PayPal (yesterday) and they said they would reopen my claim. I told them to check out your website and to pull their service from Rio Shoes. We'll see. I will pursue this until I get my funds back. I hope you can be instrumental in shutting the website down and suing the S___T out of these creeps.

- Same thing happened to me but from another scam . they are in China! and they have NO shoes! Be patient, file everything with Paypal, it will take about 6 weeks but you will get a refund. Paypal may ask you to return the shower cap with a tracking #, yes it is a hassle you will get your money back. good luck, Jay..
