MY SON IS LOCKED UP IN JAIL IN NORTHAMPTON COUNTY JAIL, SO I WENT ONLINE TO AQUIRE A LOCAL COLLECT CALL COMPANY TO PAY FOR MY SON COLLECT CALL,SO I SAW THIS BEAUTIFUL ADVERTISING ABOUT LOW RATE COLLECT CALLS,I READ THE INFORMATION ON HOW IT WORKS SO I TRYED IT THEY CALL ME TOLD TO GIVE MY SON A # THAT THEY GAVED ME, I'D GAVE IT TO MY SON, AND MY SON HAVE'D BEEN TRYING TO CALL ME AND IT WON'T GO THRU,I'VE BEING CALLING THEM,NO ANSWERS,SEND THEM AN E-MAIL,NO ANSWER,TRY TO GO ONLINE,TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM, CALL THEM, LEFT A MESSAGE AND THEY DON'T CALL BACK, TRY TO CANCELLED,AND NOW I CANT CANCELLED IT BECAUSE THERE'S NO REFOUND......SHAME,SHAME,SHAME!!!!!!
