On 4/19/2012 I signed up for a DermaPure Trial Offer. My card was charged $1.95 for the 14 day trial,I have since been charged twice in the amount of $84.95. The 1-888-589-3380 number that I continually attempt to call to cancel and rectify this issue is not working and I have no idea how to contact this company to get my money refunded or atleast stop the continual monthly charges. I was charged in April for $84.95 and again last week, May 18th in the same amount. I do not know what to do or how to contact this fraudulent company. PLEASE help with suggestions or numbers!

- I have tried that 1-888-534-3596 number for the DermaPure to do a return and get a refund and have tried before my trial date was over so as not to be charged and it does not work. A lady answers and she has no clue why the company has given out her number so I too do not know how to contact this company!!! Can anyone help???
